Sound ID offers a warranty which commences on the date of purchase and extends to 12 months to the original purchaser. Valid warranty requires proof of purchase.
The warranty covers any device that fails for reasons related to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover any device failure caused by unauthorized repair, mishandling, ear wax, damage, modification, or immersion in fluid. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers. See our Retailer Partners page for a list of authorized partners. Should a covered defect occur during the warranty period and you notify Sound ID, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at Sound ID's sole option and expense, to repair or replace the product. If Sound ID cannot reasonably repair nor replace then Sound ID may, in its sole discretion, refund the purchase price paid for the product. In no event shall Sound ID's liabilities exceed the cost of correcting defects as provided herein and any such liabilities will terminate upon expiration of the warranty period.
