How Environmental Mode Works
Environmental Mode monitors and amplifies your surroundings so that the Bluetooth Headset doesn’t act as an earplug when you’re not on the phone. The SM100 Bluetooth Headset defaults to Environmental Mode when it is first turned ON.
To turn it off, toggle the “Personalized Program Button” until you don’t hear anything.
