How do I use Call Waiting?

The Call Waiting feature is phone dependant. When you are on a call, you will hear the alert tone from the incoming call through the headset. To answer, press the main button. The first caller will be put on hold. Press the main button again and the second caller will be disconnected and you will resume the original call.

 

 

How do I use Call Mute?

At anytime during a call, you can activate the Mute function by pressing both the volume buttons simultaneously. To deactivate, press both buttons again simultaneously.
