Web Orders

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. Please fill out this form and indicate the

reason for the return. An RMA # with shipping instructions will be sent to you via e-mail.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, product must be returned in good condition

in original packaging and include all original parts. Refunds will be processed within 10 – 14 business days

of receipt of the product.
