Troubleshooting: Clearing or Resetting Your Sound ID Headset and Phone

Occasionally you may have to clear the memory of the headset. To do so:

  1. Clear your phone (s) Bluetooth memory and delete EarPrint.
  2. Turn off the phone and the headset.
  3. Turn on the headset while holding the main button down until the Green and Red LED begin to flash (pairing mode).
  4. Double click the main button wait 30 seconds and turn off the headset. When you turn it "On" it will immediately go into pairing mode.
  5. Turn on the phone and pair the headset under the Bluetooth menu.
  6. Download EarPrint.
