Troubleshooting: Clearing or Resetting Your Sound ID Headset and Phone
Occasionally you may have to clear the memory of the headset. To do so:
- Clear your phone (s) Bluetooth memory and delete EarPrint.
- Turn off the phone and the headset.
- Turn on the headset while holding the main button down until the Green and Red LED begin to flash (pairing mode).
- Double click the main button wait 30 seconds and turn off the headset. When you turn it "On" it will immediately go into pairing mode.
- Turn on the phone and pair the headset under the Bluetooth menu.
- Download EarPrint.
