
Mario Rosati, Senior Partner, Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati
Mario Rosati joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in 1971, and became a partner in 1975. Mr. Rosati specializes in corporate law, especially as it relates to high-technology companies. He is a member of the firm's Executive Management and Policy Committees, and is also the managing partner of WS Investments.
Mr. Rosati is a director of Aehr Test Systems, Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Symyx Technologies, Inc., and Vivus, Inc., as well as several privately held companies. Mr. Rosati has served as Judge Pro-Tem in the Superior Court, State of California, San Mateo County and currently serves on the Panel of Arbitrators for San Mateo County. He is also on the University of California at Berkeley Foundation Board of Trustees.
Mr. Rosati received his J.D. from Boalt Hall, UC Berkeley, and is currently an adjunct Professor at the university’s Haas School of Business. He received a BA in History from UCLA.
